1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ph64.cam ("ph64," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph64 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein.

To register for and use a ph64 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ph64 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not otherwise prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not restricted from using online gaming services by any court order, self-exclusion program, or other legal impediment.
• Single Account: You may register and maintain only one (1) account with ph64. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify ph64 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ph64 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.1 Account Verification

ph64 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and any other information you have provided. Such documentation may include but is not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Your account may be suspended or restricted until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ph64 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You may deposit funds into your account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya/PayMaya, bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits made through e-wallet services (GCash, Maya) typically reflect in your account balance immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the banking institution and payment network utilized. ph64 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You acknowledge that all deposit transactions are final and non-reversible except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotional credits received.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits, where possible, to comply with AML regulations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account status. VIP members may receive expedited processing.

ph64 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay or decline withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, you will be notified of the reason for the delay or decline.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ph64 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. These specific terms are provided with each bonus or promotion offer and form an integral part of these Terms.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, utilizing bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. ph64 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse. All bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

When using the ph64 Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for professional or commercial gain.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties' participation in any of the games.
• Not use any software or automated tools to access the Platform or play games, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or data-mining tools.
• Not transfer, sell, or pledge your account to any third party.
• Not use the Platform to launder money or engage in any other criminal activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

ph64 employs sophisticated fraud detection and prevention systems. Any suspicious activity may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

5.1 Game Integrity

All games provided on the ph64 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studios with multiple camera angles ensuring complete transparency. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in criminal prosecution.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph64 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the property of ph64 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or republish any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The ph64 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph64 or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide personal information at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE PH64 PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

PH64 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PH64, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM;
2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM;
3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM;
4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ph64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any other policy or guideline referenced herein.
• We suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on your account.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• We decide to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within thirty (30) days. After this period, ph64 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining dormant accounts.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph64 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by ph64 on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph64 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph64 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ph64 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. ph64 may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.

13.5 Force Majeure

ph64 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
